Job description:
- Perform proactive monitoring of systems
- Identify and resolve integration issues and errors in real time.
- Analyze logs and obtain relevant information for problem resolution.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure system stability.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal users and customers to understand and address their support needs.
- Document problems and solutions found, as well as keep the support team's knowledge base update.
- Technical requirements: SQL, Prometheus, Grafana
