Job description:
- Create and implement innovative features and capabilities within the application, thereby improving the user experience and adding value to the product.
- Identify, diagnose and solve technical and functional problems present in the application, ensuring its correct functioning and general quality.
- Offer technical assistance and resolve queries from both internal and external users, addressing their concerns and ensuring optimal and satisfactory service.
- Create clear and detailed documentation about the changes and improvements implemented in the application, making it easier for other team members to understand and track future updates.
- Collaborate in planning sessions and definition of new functionalities, providing technical knowledge and perspectives to contribute to the success of the project.
- Technical requirements: C, C++, Javascript, Node, SQL
