Job description:
• Perform proactive monitoring of systems.
 • Identify and solve integration problems and errors in real time.
 • Analyze logs and obtain relevant information for problem resolution.
 • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure system stability.
 • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal users and customers to understand and address their support needs.
 • Document the problems and solutions found, as well as keep the support team's knowledge base updated.
Technical requirements: SQL, Prometheus, Grafana.
