Its online reservation system, known as KIU GDS (Global Distribution System), is used by numerous airlines and travel agencies around the world.
Challenge
The main challenge was to guarantee interoperability between the KIU Systems reservation system and the airport infrastructures, ensuring that information flows efficiently and accurately between both systems. This implies the development of standardized interfaces and communication protocols that allow the transmission of data in real time and in a secure manner.
Solution
We are working on a middleware solution that integrates the KIU Systems reservation platform with the ARINC, SITA, RESA, ULTRA and AEA protocols present in the most important airports in the world. This allows the airline to have efficient management at the time of check-in and boarding of passengers on a flight, thus generating a better experience for users and greater operational efficiency.
