Implement a single interface to automatically integrate and follow up orders made by customers through every digital mean as well as to coordinate product catalog, offers and prices with each trademark supplier.

SOLUTION


Automatic integration through middleware with each restaurant entering the orders to be picked up in the point of sale. To follow up orders, the solution is a graphic interface showing the status of the order in real time and the time incurred.

IMPACT


This system enabled a better and quicker integration between the customer and digital sales platforms, enhancing product catalog, prices and offers in an automatic and centralized way. With this new solution, it was possible to reach a high level of efficiency when entering and processing online orders. Manual processes related to the set-up of catalogs, products, offers and/or order entry in the points of sale disappeared.
